A man on a video suspected that he is High after using Illegal drugs and holding a dangerous weapon (Kitchen Knife), while the Police officers arrive they ask him to surrender but suddenly he attacks one of the officers and attempted to stub him, but because of the uncontrollable situation the police officers forced to shoot the man and the suspect lay down at the ground, and one of the officers get the knife so that it can never attack again.
