PhilHealth hastens the implementation of rules and regulations (IRR) of the Universal Health Care where the authorities are fast-tracking its drafting. Republic Act 11234 EVOSS (Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act) was signed by President Duterte last March 8, 2019, to the media.
