One of the well-known reporters Gretchen Fullido filed a case against Ces Drilon and other ABS-CBN executives, it happened last October 5 the year 2018 this month, she filed a case against big officials from ABS-CBN media for "persecution, libel, and victim-shaming". This issue was announced recently at the news by  Attorney Marvin B. Aceron of AVP Law offices, it says that Miss Gretchen Fullido wanted “former ABS-CBN News Executive, and Maricar P. Asprec, ABS-CBN News Segment Producer,” to be held liable for persecuting her. The case is filed at the City of Quezon's Prosecutor's office.
