One of the well-known reporters Gretchen Fullido filed a case against Ces Drilon and other ABS-CBN executives, it happened last October 5 the year 2018 this month, she filed a case against big officials from ABS-CBN media for "persecution, libel, and victim-shaming". This issue was announced recently at the news by  Attorney Marvin B. Aceron of AVP Law offices, it says that Miss Gretchen Fullido wanted “former ABS-CBN News Executive, and Maricar P. Asprec, ABS-CBN News Segment Producer,” to be held liable for persecuting her. The case is filed at the City of Quezon's Prosecutor's office. According to the update of AVP Law Office in Quezon City to the press release, Gretchen Fullido accuses Favila and Asprec of sending her “Text messages that were loaded with s*x*al innuendos, which amounted to requests for s*x*al favors,”.
